RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Grip 'N Guard Apparel. We strive to provide high-quality apparel and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. RETURNS

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Items that are customized, final sale, or purchased with a discount of 30% or more are non-returnable.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact our customer service at mmalifestyle101@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

2. REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with refund details.
  • If your refund is denied, we will notify you with an explanation.

3. EXCHANGES

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
  • If you need a different size or color, you will need to return your original item and place a new order.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or altered items

6. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
  • If your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled.
