Sizing & fit
Where can I find the rashguard size chart?
The size chart is included in the product photos on each rashguard page. Swipe through the images and open the chart to check the measurements before choosing your size.
How should a BJJ rashguard fit?
A rashguard should fit close to your body while allowing you to move comfortably. Use the chart for the specific product rather than relying only on your usual T-shirt size. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering.
How do I choose my T-shirt size?
T-shirt fit can vary by style. Check the sizing information on the individual product page. If a chart is not shown or you need help with a measurement, contact us before ordering so we can help you choose.
Do all designs come in the same sizes?
No. Size options vary by product. Check the size selector and size chart on the design you want; a size listed for one rashguard may not be offered for another.
Rashguards & training
Are your rashguards for no-gi jiu jitsu?
Yes. Our BJJ rashguards are designed for no-gi jiu jitsu and grappling. Check each product page for its fabric, fit and features.
Can I wear a ranked rashguard in competition?
Check your event’s current uniform rules before ordering. Requirements for colours, rank panels and designs vary between organisers. A ranked design does not automatically mean approval for every tournament.
How should I wash my rashguard?
Follow the garment’s care label first. Wash rashguards inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and air dry. Avoid bleach and high heat. Washing your training gear promptly after use also helps keep it fresh.
How should I wash my T-shirt?
Follow the care label for that shirt. Turn printed tees inside out for washing and avoid ironing directly over the print.

Who pays duties and customs fees on U.S. or international orders?
The customer is responsible for applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes and carrier customs-related fees. Unless explicitly collected at checkout, these costs are additional to product prices and shipping charges. Customs authorities or your carrier may request payment before delivery. Amounts vary, so check our shipping information and your destination’s current customs requirements before ordering.
Is Grip ’N Guard a Canadian brand?
Yes. Grip ’N Guard is a Canadian jiu jitsu and fightwear brand based in Edmonton, Alberta.
How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges for your order. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering to check the timing.
How do I get an update on my order?
Check your order confirmation and any shipping emails first. If you need an update, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Can I cancel an order?
Under our return and refund policy, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, before the order has been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns & problems
Can I return something that does not fit?
Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached, and you will need proof of purchase. Customised items, final-sale items and items bought at a discount of 30% or more are non-returnable. Other exclusions apply; read the full return and refund policy before ordering.
For a different size or colour, the policy requires returning the eligible original item and placing a new order. Contact us for return authorisation before sending anything back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help. See our return and refund policy for the full details.
